Invitation to the Inauguration of Stamp Duties and Revenue Stamps

The Government of Anambra State in collaboration with Anambra State Internal Revenue Service AIRS and the Joint Tax Board (JTB) invite the general public to the South East Go-Live ceremony of the new National Taxpayer Identification Number Registration System and consolidated Taxpayers’ Database and the inauguration of Anambra State Stamp Duties office and Revenue stamps.

TIN is a robust application development to assign a taxpayer identification number to all potential taxpayers

This event slated for 11a m on Thursday, November 7, 2019, at the Professor Dora Akunyili Women Development Centre, Awka will showcase how with the new TIN Registration System, taxpayers can avoid multiple taxations, easily register for and print their TIN certificate and also track tax payments from the comfort of their homes.

With the go-live program, payment of tax will no longer be made to individuals, but payment and registration will now be made online.
